Case description

This video shows the laparoscopic removal of a retroperitoneal teratoma. The preoperative CT scan demonstrated the presence of a Riedel's lobe of the liver, and a left neprhoptosis. Outstanding regional anatomy is pointed out during the procedure, such are Toldt´s facia, gonadal vessels, uterus and anexa, and iliac vessels.
