Case description
58-year-old male patient (BMI 22.4) with obstructing sigmoid adenocarcinoma. Preoperative CT revealed a large sigmoid tumor infiltrating the urinary bladder and the small bowel. No distant metastases were found. The patient was scheduled for laparoscopic multivisceral resection of the tumor.
