Case description

This video shows a 50-year-old man with a history of chronic renal failure treated with peritoneal dialysis. The patient develops a giant peritoneal cyst. A 4-port laparoscopic examination was performed (upper abdomen, left lower abdomen, left iliac fossa and navel). The rupture of the cyst, although it wasn't planned, provided more physical space and helped finish the operation.
