Ano Scrotal Fistula in ano starting from 6'O clock Position History shared by Patient in his language Hi I am from Jammu I was suffering from this fistula since 2019 August but I was unaware that this is fistula so I went to a surgeon in Rajori and he didn’t explain After one month the problem started again and that one month period after surgery was very terrible daily dressing which was very painful. I decided to consult another doctor for this I went to a doctor In Jammu he did MRI and diagnose that this is Fistula and require surgery. I was having terror of surgery as my first surgery was very painful so I deduced not to go for surgery. Then I decided to take some homeopathic medicines for this in Jammu. I started the medicines for 4 months and the doctor told me that the will definitely cure this but after 4 months I was sitting in the same position the same pain and discharge painful defecation.
