Case description

Very rare (1.5% cases) anatomic anomaly - replaced hepatic artery from the superior mesenteric artery.
57-year-old female patient
BMI 22.4 kg/m2.
A pancreatic head tumor was found in the uncinate process (2 cm).
In EUS - IMPN with high-grade dysplasia.
The patient was scheduled for total laparoscopic Whipple procedure.
