Case description

This short video presents one of the techniques used to desuflate a gas from the preperitoneal space after TAPP repair to confirm proper mesh placement (preventing 'clam-shelling' or 'potato chip effect'). To prevent spontaneus hernia sac inversion a sac is sutured to the medial umbilical fold ora peritoneum suture line each and every time.
