This talk was presented by Alan Tsung, MD at the Postgraduate Course: ILLS Joint Session - Techniques of Laparoscopic Liver Resection Video Session and Liver Tumor Board on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at the SAGES 2017 Annual Meeting.
Dr. Tsung demonstrates the safe use of the robotic platform for hepatic resections. Challenges and methods to overcome them are masterfully reviewed and discussed. A detailed lit review on Robotic hepatectomy is also reviewed along with intraoperative pearls and methods refined over many years.
