58 year old male presented with swelling in the left inguinal region for last 8 years now reaching completely in the scrotum, reducible. On examination he was diagnosed with complete left side direct inguinal hernia. He underwent Laparoscopic Inguinal Trans Abdominal Pre Peritoneal (TAPP) Mesh Hernioplasty.
