62 years old lady who underwent Trans thoracic Heller's Cardiomyotomy 30 years ago for Achalasia Cardia , Presented with Regurgitation and Dysphagia from 4 years which increased in intensity from past 3 months. After evaluation she was diagnosed with recurrent Achalasia Cardia. She was planned for Laparoscopic Revision Heller's Cardiomyotomy with Dor Fundoplication.
