This video describes a repair of fistula in ano by ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract. The patient is a 32 year-old male with a transphincteric fistula in ano in the left lateral location. The patient underwent seton placement 6 weeks prior. The procedure is performed in the prone position. The exam reveals no evidence of residual abscess.
