45 Years old male with recurrent episodes of pain abdomen for many years with constipation getting relieved with medication and laxatives. Patient now presented with Acute Intestinal Obstruction and underwent Exploratory Laparotomy. A large diverticulam was present in distal ileum with proximal obstruction. Resection of intestinal segment with end to end anastomosis was done. Biopsy of the resected specimen confirmed Meckel's Diverticulum.
