XV International Congress of Pediatric Pulmonology

Dear colleagues, dear friends,

It is my great pleasure to invite you to participate in the XV International Congress of Pediatric Pulmonology, CIPP XV, to be held in Naples, Italy on June 23-26, 2016. The International Congress of Pediatric Pulmonology (CIPP) is the only international meeting devoted to Pediatric Pulmonology.

Over the years, CIPP has acquired a reputable status among practitioners, researchers and academicians as the forum for new information, treatment guidelines, interactions and exchange of ideas between leading specialists and practitioners in Pediatric Pulmonology from both developed and developing countries. Aside from plenary sessions and topic symposiums, a hallmark of CIPP is the number of interactive sessions that include among others research presentations, clinical case discussions, chest imaging, and bronchoscopy.

CIPP is attended by doctors treating children with chest diseases and conditions from over 80 countries. Each congress faculty is composed of leading specialists and researchers in the field from all parts of the world, ready to learn and to teach for the common purpose of improving on the treatment of our young patients. Common themes in the congresses included asthma and respiratory allergies, respiratory infections and its complications, neonatal lung diseases and its outcomes, cystic fibrosis, sleep disordered breathing, critical care, and rare lung diseases. Following a tradition committed to encouraging young pediatric pulmonologists, awards are given to Young Investigators. Industry-sponsored symposia and exhibits offered new information on existing treatments and those under development.

The program for the coming congress currently being prepared by Dr. Adnan Custovic and Dr. Renato Stein, co-chairs Scientific Program Committee, with the Executive Committee, promises to be equally exciting, if not better.

We are inviting you to participate and enjoy the exchange of information, ideas and concerns, and the opportunity to develop a network of lasting professional relationships, through the hospitality of our hosts led by Dr. Renato Cutrera, in one of the most historic and artistic city in Italy, Naples.
