Case description

This patient presented with gum recession and a cosmetic concern. This grafting was done using tissue from the palate. After suturing the palate we place an acrylic stent to cover the area during healing, especially when eating. After healing we made a retainer to help keep stress off the teeth at night in case clenching or grinding may effect stability of the grafting.
Featured instruments: Global Microscope, Sony Camcorder, Bien Air Electric Handpiece, Komet Finishing Bur, pronorthsolutions.ca ARC instruments by Dr. Sonia Leziy, Hartzell micro surgical instruments and Allen Modified Orban Knife.
