Dr. Joseph Sarkissian is performing a rootcanal and a simultaneous apicectomy on a patient using the waterlase #laser from Biolase. After accessing the canal under the rubber dam, the root canal was initiated and enlarged to the approximate length on the CBCT. The apicectomy was started right after. The laser was used right before obturating with biocompatible #endosequence #bioceramic. All the steps are clearly shown in this video.
