The images shows Prolapsed partially flail PMVL ” P1, P2 scallops mainly” with raptured chordae protruding through MV into LV cavity “torn chordae” The Second loop video shows Speckle tracking echo on LV that shows 4 plots of the A4C, A2C, PSLX and Bulls eye with normal Global longitudinal strain and peak systolic dispersion in harmonic synchronized contraction.
