Case description

Speaker: Dr. Ibrahim Albakri , DRCPSC Cardiology & Echocardiography consultant @ KFAFH Hospital, Saudia Arabia

Objectives:

1. To identify the patterns and phenotypic expressions of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.

2. To evaluate the presence and level of obstruction in HCM, both at rest and with provocation and to evaluate mitral regurgitation.

3. To perform risk stratification using echocardiographic parameters, including LV wall thickness, apical aneurysm, and LV function.

4. To differentiate Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy from its mimickers.
