This video shows conversion of failed vertical banded gastroplasty to gastricbypass. The patients was complaining of severe reflux and weight regain. Robotic surgery allowed very precise dissection of the inflamed and adhesive stomach from the anterior surface of the pancreas. It allowed a precise creation of hand-sawn gastro-enteroenastomosis. No postoperative complications were noted.
