How to differentiate right from left lungs, origin of anterior intercostal arteries, surface anatomy of the thorax, types of chondrosternal joint, mechanism of rib movement: pump and bucket handle mechanisms, osteology of ribs, surface anatomy of the lobes and fissures of the lung, lumbar origin of the diaphragm: medial and lateral arcuate ligaments and the crura of the diaphragm. Sympathetic trunk and greater splanchnic nerve.
