- Todd Richards, MD, is board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery and holds additional board certification in surgery of the hand and upper extremity. Dr. Richards is fellowship trained in disorders of the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow and microsurgery. His surgical interests include upper extremity trauma, vascular disorders of the upper extremity, congenital hand surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, and aesthetic surgery.
