- Dr. Itamar Botser specializes in arthoscopic surgery and sports medicine. After graduating in honor in 2009, for several months he continued to work in Israel and, consequently, moved to Chicago where he participated in a two-year clinical and research fellowship and created the American Hip Institute. In the years 2009-2012 he participated in over a thousand hip, knee and shoulder arthroscopies, as well as robotic hip replacements. In 2012, he moved to Stanford University for a one-year fellowship in sports medicine. Currently, Dr. Botser is a senior orthopaedic surgeon at the The Knee and Arthroscopy Unit at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, Israel.
