- Dr Faouzi is a full professor in the faculty of medicine Tunis Tunisia. He is one of the Tunisian leading pioneers in the minimally invasive GI surgery. He is currently a senior consultant of general and laparoscopic surgery department Mahmoud Matri hospital Tunis Tunisia. He is prestigious member of Tunisian society of surgery and the Tunisian society of laparoscopic surgery. Dr Faouzi authored more than 120 peer reviewed publications and many innovative techniques papers specially in colorectal mini-invasive resection. Dr Faouzi is always engaged to the laparoscopy training activities of junior residents.
