Case description

The film shows the process of preparation and execution of the application procedure Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) in the soft tissues surrounding the lateral and medial epicondyle of the humerus.

The Plasma was activated by the proteins (fibrin and thrombin) in a 1:9 proportion (1 part of proteins, 9 parts PRP). The aim was to intensify formation of thrombus at the site of application of plasma and more effective retention of platelets at the site of administration.
