Case description
Using a Perioscope, the diagnosis of a root fracture in a tooth is made simple and minimally invasive. This microvisual aid is most effective used as a treatment tool combined with micro ultrasonic instrumentation for cleaning diseased roots affected by periodontal disease. This technology significantly reduces the need for surgical visual access using a 1mm diameter camera.
