Choledochal Cyst Excision and R&Y Hepaticojejunostomy in Three Years Age Girl

Case description

A three years old girl presented with a pain and vomiting from the last years. On MRCP she was diagnosed as a case of Type 4 choledochal cyst. She underwent laparoscopic excision of choledochal cyst followed by R&Y Hepaticojejunostomy. Post operative recovery remained unremarkable. Drain placed was removed on 3rd post operative day and girl was discharged on 4th POD in a satisfactory condition.
