Case description

A 65 years old male patient who was presented with a neck mass, which was suspected to be secondary LN metastasis. Endoscopic nasal examination shows a postnasal mass. Biopsy was taken endoscopically under local anesthesia in the clinic without serious complication and with no risk of the general anesthesia at this age.The mass later proved to be carcinoma as the FNA cytology of the cervical LN.
