Case description

The classical site for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is shown. The most common site of origin is the fossa of Rosenmüller, or lateral pharyngeal recess (white arrow), which is a slit-like space in the upper, lateral part of the nasopharynx; superior and posterior to the torus tubarius. Biopsy is required for histopathology confirmation. [T-tumour].
