Case description

This patient presented with a history of left-sided nasal polyps, which had been removed three times in the past year. On close inspection, the anterior surface of the middle turbinate had a knobbly appearance suggestive of an inverting papilloma. Courtesy of Professor Heinz Stammberger, University of Graz, Austria.
