Large Stalked Polyp Arising From Uncinate Process
Case description
It is sometimes amazing how a large nasal polyp can arise from a small area of the nasal mucous membranes to which the polyp is attached by a relatively small stalk. This large polyp arose from the uncinate process which can be seen on the right.
