Case description

Recurrent episodes of acute maxillary and frontal sinusitis are frequently associated with significant underlying anatomical abnormalities of the lateral nasal wall and osteomeatal complex. Note the creamy white purulent discharge in the right middle meatus of this patient with acute bilateral maxillary sinusitis.
