Case description

Maxillary sinoscopy [left maxillary sinus]. A cystic polyp has been punctured by insertion of the trocar. The stalk of the polyp can be seen hanging from the natural maxillary sinus ostium [12 o'clock] and the adjacent ethmoidal infundibuluim indicating its origin from this area.
