Total Stenosis of the External Canal with Entrapped Keratin
Case description
Following trauma to the external auditory canal, this patient developed a total occlusion of the external canal behind which the medial surface gradually filled up with desquamated keratin debris. The stenosis has been pushed laterally by this accumulation.
