Case description

This patient has a large subtotal perforation of the right tympanic membrane. The long process of the incus and the head of the stapes can be seen in the 11 o'clock position. On close inspection one can see that the long process of the incus has become atrophic. The inferior portion of the malleus has also been eroded.
