Mixed Bacterial and Fungal Otitis Externa
Case description
This patient presented with chronic otitis externa due to a combination of both bacteria and Aspergillus. The white fluffy cotton fibers of Aspergillus can be seen floating on top of a thick suppurative purulent collection in the deeper canal.
