Case description

This patient who presented with severe pain and bleeding due to an acute Aspergillus Niger otomycosis is seen here after debridement. Note the ulceration of the lateral surface of the tympanic membrane and the deep canal skin. this ulceration was not only the source of the severe pain but also he bleeding that was associated.
