Case description
Far-lateral approach: FLA for L5S1 foraminal lesions. This clip is only for making a basecamp at the foramen by BESS: Floating technique in Endoscopic Spine Surgery. Exploration of the exiting root (L5) can be expected on the next clip. FLA on L5S1 can cover Extra-foraminal LDH, Foraminal Stenosis, Far-Out syndrome, and FS in a senile patient with lytic listhesis without fusion surgery.
