Case description

Dr. Laith Farjo demonstrates the "knotless" technique of hip arthroscopic labral repairs of the acetabular labrum. This is an improvement over previous repair techniques because there is no knot to potentially impinge in the joint and the suture configuration is stronger, getting a better hold of the labrum. Labral repair is an important part of surgery for femoroacetabular impingement (FAI). The video also demonstrates the femoroplasty performed at the end of the labral repair surgery.
