Case description

After a large limbal incision, 15 years ago, is created a iris claw lens by the patient. IOP 40 mm. Along the cataract incision is present a slight scarring. An iridectomy exists. Assay is made to avoid clogging capsule and do a pretenon filtration. Pretenon closure also saves the lymphatics of the conjunctiva.
