The video shows seven steps of the procedure. Firstly the pupilloplasty was performed. To relieve the iris bombe the peripheral iridectomy was done. Next the Sommering ring was removed and the iris claw lens was implanted. Further steps included membranectomy under the optic, performed in order to clear the pupil and anterior vitrectomy.
