Case description
Synopsis: phacoemulcification with intra ocular lens implantation is well established method for cataract surgery. Lens fregment drop is known complication. We came across condition with lens fregment drop, foldable lens in vireous cavity over and above pmma lens in anterior chamber. We removed all three lenses and implanted self sustained (no glue, no suture) scleral fixated lens to regain vision.
