Case description

28-years follow up of a case bilateral complete ptosis, treated by total transplantation of superior rectus muscle. The patient can easily close the eye and there never has been a problem with the cornea. The vision is good. However there is elevation defect, as expected. It is a good bargain for the ptosis result obtained.
