Case description

Singh's Muller muscle plication for slight ptosis is the simplest and gentlest surgery of ptosis, which is done through the conjunctival fornix. No tissue is removed and tarsal plate is not involved in surgery. Only Muller muscle is folded. In comparison Fasanella operation is highly traumatic. I consider it as obsolete method.
