Case description

The primary surgeon could not implant the IOL in bag as the size of the bag was very small. Incision was closed after explanting the IOL. Patient was sent back to his home and a special small-sized iris claw was ordered to a manufacturer. The child patient was called after a month and the iris claw was implanted behind the iris after doing membrenectomy and little bit of anterior virectomy.
