Case description

One eyed high myopic patient with exfoliation, black cataract and weak zonules. The procedure of Phaco was aborted once the surgeon felt that the cataract is too hard. The incision was extended and black cataract removed through the oval rhexis easily without giving relaxing incisions. Intraocular lens implanted in the bag and incision closed with steel sutures.
