Case description

Retention of Meibomian secretions and increased pressure inside the ducts, as well as hardened plugs in the duct openings cause great discomfort to the patient. The tarsal plate is mostly the collection of Meibomian glands. Moreover, the tears lose the fatty component that comes from these glands. The ducts and their openings can be quickly cleared with Fugo blade, without the collateral tissue damage. Every patient feels much relief.
