Case description

Very interesting case, Down syndrome with cortical cataract OU, but the problem is the associated high myopia -18.0 OU and patient can't see well as explained by his family, the doctor did bilateral phaco + IOL ( aimed for monovision, as he is aorund 40) one eye implanted + 3.0 IOL and second +5.0, did both eyes same sitting under GA.
