Case description

Entrapment at or just distal to the elbow produces the cubital tunnel syndrome. The elbow is the most vulnerable point of ulnar nerve: here the nerve is superficial,fixed, and crosses a joint. Surgical options primarily consist of:. simple nerve decompression without transposition or nerve decompression and transposition, medial epicondylectomy, sometimes excision of neuroma and possibly jump graft may be required.
