Case description

Microsurgical aneurysm exclusion by right-sided pterionalcraniotomy, transsylvially and afterwards through the side window of the internal carotid artery. Patient wasn,t managed intravascularly due to kidney failure and the inability to use a large amount of contrast. In the film anatomy of this place is nicely visible- the aneurysm sac strictly adhere to the oculomotor nerve and its paresis was the only consequence of surgery.
