The follownig video demonstrates an endoscopic endonasal pituitary surgery. Tumor was arising from upper surface of pituitary and extended into the 3rd ventricle. Successively, the tumor was splitted and removed with a suction tube. Next, a pituitary stalk was found at the anterior right side of lesion. Nasoseptal flap and fat were used to hermetically close the sella.
