Case description

Surgical treatment was performed on a 33-year-old patient with a diagnosis of High Grade Glioma located in the Left Parietal lobe. For surgical planning, the (*brand hidden*) pocket Neuronavigator for Android Platform and Simple and Contrasted Skull Nuclear Magnetic Resonance were used. In the NeuroNavigator photos, the lesion located by reconstruction in the app is very well observed, as well as the blood vessels, cerebral cortex, gyri, sulci, tracts and bundles that are compromised, mainly of the pyramidal pathway - the Corona Radiata and the fibers. of the Corpus Callosum although some of the arcuate fasciculus touched the lesion in a lower percentage.

A Conventional Approach guided by Magnetic Resonance and Neuronavigation was performed. a Left Parietal Paramedial Osteoplastic Craniotomy for Resection of Intracranial Tumor Lesion;  minimal corticotomy...High Grade Glioma  -Magnification with Magnifying Glasses.  - Minimal Corticotomy.

Subtotal resection. Patient with 15/15 points on the CGE.  in the postoperative
