Case description

A male patient presented with a mobile tongue squamous cell carcinoma with infiltration of the floor of the mouth and the adjacent mandible without extension to the oropharynx. Elective tracheostomy was planned with modified Radical Dissection for the side of the tumour and selective for the contralateral side. Also, hemimandibulectomy, partial glossectomy and reconstruction using pectoral flap were performed.
